1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Jörg Möller GmbH, Bremerhaven, Germany (for contact details see our
Imprint).
2. Cookies
This website sets exactly one cookie: a technically necessary session cookie
(named “sid”) that is only set when you log into the password-protected
internal project area, to recognize you as logged in during your session. It does not
contain any personal data in plain text, only a random session identifier, and is
deleted when you log out or automatically once the session expires. No cookie is set
on the public pages of this website. We do not analyze your browsing behavior (e.g.
no Google Analytics or comparable tools) and we do not create user profiles. As this
cookie is strictly necessary to provide the function you requested (logging into the
internal area), no separate consent is required under § 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG (German
Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act).
3. No external services embedded
This website does not embed any external third-party services (e.g. no Google Fonts,
no social media plugins such as Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn, no external map or video
services). All images, fonts and scripts are served exclusively from our own server.
4. Server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical
access data transmitted by your browser (e.g. IP address, date and time of the
request, page accessed, browser used). This data is technically necessary to deliver
the website and ensure system security; it is not combined with other data sources
and is not stored for evaluation purposes. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR
(legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of the website).
5. Contact form
If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, the information you provide
(including name, company, address, phone, email address, message) is transmitted to
us by email and used exclusively to process your inquiry. Your data is not passed on
to third parties. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR (processing your inquiry /
our legitimate interest in responding).
While you type your postal code into the form, it is additionally sent via JavaScript -
before you submit the form - to the free service openplzapi.org (provider: STÜBER
SYSTEMS GmbH, Grabbeallee 31, 13156 Berlin, Germany), in order to automatically
suggest a matching city name. This feature is only available for postal codes from
Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein; for all other countries the city
field remains a normal free-text field. Only the postal code you entered is
transmitted, no other form data. This feature is purely a convenience: you can always
overwrite the suggested city by hand, and the form can also be filled in and submitted
normally with JavaScript disabled. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate
interest in a convenient, low-error form entry experience).
6. Search function
Input in the search function is processed exclusively on our server to show you
matching page content. Search terms are not stored or evaluated.
7. Internal project area
For the password-protected internal project area, in addition to the session cookie
described in section 2, your IP address is temporarily stored server-side to secure
the session and is automatically deleted when the session ends. Legal basis is
Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting non-public areas).
8. PDF downloads
Reference projects are available for download as PDF files. Accessing a PDF file only
generates the technical server log data described in section 4.
9. Your rights
You have the right at any time to request information about, correction, deletion or
restriction of processing of your personal data stored with us, the right to object to
processing, and the right to data portability (Art. 15-21 GDPR). Please contact
info@ims-nord.de.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority,
e.g. the data protection authority responsible for Bremerhaven, the
„Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit der Freien
Hansestadt Bremen“.
